Holiday Open House!

Season Greetings Friends!!
The Bella Flora team sincerely hopes that the spirit of the season fills your hearts and ol' St. Nick gives you everything you want for Christmas this year!!
We've been busy little Bella bees lately, finishing up our last weddings of the year (tear), having photo shoots (just wait until you see us!), preparing new ventures (y'all will love it!), and getting ready for everything that 2012 is sure to bring!
A super fun event that we put on as of late, was for us! We hosted a Holiday Open House at our very own ye olde flower & design shop. We've been so busy this year that we just haven't had the chance to show off our new place! The Walton County Chamber of Commerce came and we had a ribbon cutting, our sweet friends Duke and Kyle aka Old Bull, Young Bull played some sweet, sweet melodies, Blue Mountain Catering , Dine By Design , & Marie's Bistro served up the yummiest nosh on the coast, and friends and family showed up to eat, drink, be merry, and pick up some sparkly Holiday decor!! Not even a down pour at the end of the party could dampen (pun intended) our spirits!!
We continue to count our blessings for how much our sweet beach community encourages and supports us! What a great way to kick off the Holiday Season! Check out the pics!

Telluride Mountain Film Festival World Tour

Hello All!
What a whirlwind few weeks it has been over here at Bella Flora! Between our weddings and events, new client meetings, and some top secret goodies in the works, we have not slowed down one bit!
One of the most exciting ventures we have had recently was designing and setting up decor for the Telluride Mountain Film Festival Tour at the always beautiful Watercolor Inn & Resort on November 4th & 5th. The film festival has been happening every year since 1979 and as their mission statement perfectly states, they are "dedicated to educating and inspiring audiences about issues that matter, cultures worth exploring, environments worth preserving, and conservations worth sustaining".
Every year the festival goes on a worldwide tour, taking a selection of films with them, and our beautiful area happens to be one of the stops along the way. We were so lucky to be selected to work to create a gorgeous set up with our friends over at Watercolor Inn & Resort. You should all come visit and stay at the resort- it truly is paradise. Check out the resort HERE and I dare you not to be blown away! Here are some photos from inside the tent....

We had such a wonderful time and hopefully we get to design again for the tour in the near future. To check out everything and more about the The Telluride Mountain Film Festival, go HERE . Oh my gosh, y'all, I've been waiting to chat about this since we found out..... One of our most gorgeous weddings has been featured in one of the ULTIMATE wedding mags....Southern Weddings.

Natalie & Wade's Watercolor wedding was such a dream to create. We adored the Bride, the Groom, their families, all of the other vendors we worked with, everyone! After many, many months of attempting to start a blog, we're finally doing it!! Bella Flora has just been itching to show off all of our gorgeous weddings and what better way to do it than a (hopefully) daily rambling from our team.

We're going to be bloggin' fools. From weddings and events to love stories, a silly tale or two and even some fun and easy DIY's for your floral and crafting pleasure.
